Study Phase
During the study, we learn about your project's needs and challenges. With on-site meetings, we are able to determine a rough idea of what the project will take and the cost. Depending on the project, the study includes architecture drawings from our team's architect.
Proposal Phase
In the proposal phase, we take a deep dive into a cost analysis of your project. By previously completing the study phase, we can create accurate pricing based on the architectural drawings and design plans.
Construction Phase
This is where the fun begins! By following the design and architecture plans, we build and construct your project. Taking time in the first two phases, allows us to bring efficient, high quality work to your project.

Blackwelder Custom Homes was officially founded by Dennis Blackwelder in 2016. In reality, it started long before that. Dennis' love for construction grew from working on construction projects with friends and family. With time this passion grew into a career of providing high-quality work in and around the Cincinnati area. His team has grown to over 25 team members. From new construction to home remodeling, Blackwelder Custom Homes is ready to take on any project big or small.
